SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) is a luxury vinyl tile with a structurally rigid core that is made by combining stone with vinyl during the manufacturing process. The result is a rigid LVT – the most dimensionally stable product in this category – that is waterproof. Because the core is made from a mixture that contains stone, the product will not swell or shrink with temperature or moisture changes, and is also resistant to spills and pet accidents, making Rigid Waterproof Vinyl one of the most versatile flooring products available. Chesapeake LVT can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, basements and even three-season or sun rooms.

Combining it’s rigid core with a 12 or 20 mil wear layer and a realistic wood or stone visual, makes for a beautiful and long-lasting installation for both residential and commercial spaces.
